Age Limit : Upper age limit for applicants is 37 years as on 1st January 2015.Upper age limit will be relaxable for SC/ST/PWD categories as per Govt rules.
Education Qualification
a) Clerk : Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution (ii) Certificate Course in Computer Application and also qualify Typing Test in Punjabi.
b) Corporal Instructor : Matriculation passed from a recognized board
c) Bandsman : Ex-Serviceman / Police qualified Armourers, with minimum academic qualifications of Middle standa
d) Class-IV (Chowkidar/ Cook/ Sweeper/ Mochi/ Dhobi/ Mali/ Barber) : Middle Pass from a recognized board/school
Application Fee : For Clerk. Corporal Instructor,Corporal Armouror and Bandsman, Application fee charges are Rs.300 for SC/ST & Rs.600 for Others; For Class-IV, Application fee charges are Rs.150 for SC/ST & Rs.300 for Others. Fee must be pay through fee challan of State Bank of Patiala or through Debit/Credit Card of any bank
