Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority (PUDA) has published a notification for direct recruitment to 270 posts of Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil), Sub Divisional Engineer (Public Health) , Junior Engineer (Civil), Junior Engineer (Public Health), Senior Assistant (A/Cs) and Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator. Online applications, through PUDA website http://puda.gov.in are invited to register for post on or before 2nd December 2016.

Education Qualification
a) Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil/ Public Health) : Candidates must hold a Engineer Degree in Civil discipline or equivalent qualification
b) Junior Engineer (Civil/ Public Health) : Candidates must have completed Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent recognized qualification.
c) Senior Assistant (A/Cs) : (i) Candidate must have completed Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Degree from a recognized University with a minimum 50% marks (ii) Candidate must posses At least one hundred and twenty hours Course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer/ Information Technology Office Productivity Applications/ Desktop Publishing Applications OR (ii) Should have a Computers Certificate equivalent to “O” Level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Govt. of India
d) Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator : (i) Candidates must hold a Graduate Degree (ii) Candidate must posses At least one hundred and twenty hours Course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer/ Information Technology Office Productivity Applications/ Desktop Publishing Applications OR (ii) Should have a Computers Certificate equivalent to “O” Level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Govt. of India
Age Limit : Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 37 years for all posts as on 1st November 2016.
Selection Process : Selection for all posts will be based on the qualification and a written examination (objective type). Examination will be conducted at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali)
Application Fee : Application fee (Non refundable) charges for General Category candidates are Rs. 1000/- and for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Backward Caste (BC)/ Ex-Servicemen Category Candidates are Rs. 500/-. Application fee can be pay through challan with the Banks authorized by PUDA in the accounts of Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali).
How to Apply : Candidates can submit their applications through official website of Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority (PUDA) www.puda.gov.in till 2nd December 2016 up to 5.00 PM. Candidates have to upload scanned copies of the mark sheet of all years during online application.
