State Bank of India (SBI) has released a notification at official website www.sbi.co.in for recruitment to 2313 posts of Probationary Officers (POs) in State Bank of India. Online registration for applications will starts at Bank's website from 7th February 2017 to 6th March 2017.
Selection will be made through Online Preliminary Examination (Phase-I), Main Examination (Phase-II), Group Discussion (20 marks) & Interview.Online Preliminary Examination will be conducted on 29th & 30th April and 6th & 7th May 2017.

Age Limit : Minimum 21 years and not above 30 years as on 1st July 2017. i.e candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1987 and not later than 01.04.1996 (both days inclusive).Upper age limit will be relaxable by 05 Years for SC / ST, 3 years for OBC, 15 Years for PWD (SC/ST), 13 years for PWD (OBC), 10 years for PWD (Gen) - 10 Years, 5 years for Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers including Emergency Commissioned Officers & Persons ordinarily domiciled of the state of Jammu & Kashmir
Scale of Pay : Rs.23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I
Education Qualification : Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government
Selection Procedure : Selection Process will consist of Online Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) (Objective Type 100 Marks), Main Examination (Phase-II) (Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks), Group Discussion (20 marks) & Interview (30 Marks) (Phase-III).The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-II and Phase-III separately.The examination will be conducted online at venues across many centers in India.
Application Fee : Application fee charges for General and OBC candidates are Rs.600 while SC/ST/PWD candidates have to pay only Rs.100 as Intimation Charges.Applicants can pay fee online through payment gateway by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
